Tips for Best Results
Set Print Area for Control
In Excel, select your data and go to Page Layout → Print Area → Set Print Area. This controls exactly which cells appear in the PDF.
Check Page Layout View
Switch to Page Layout view in Excel before converting. This shows exactly how your spreadsheet will appear on pages in the PDF.
Adjust Column Widths
Make sure all columns are wide enough to display content without truncation. The PDF will match your Excel column widths exactly.
Enable Gridlines if Needed
If you want cell gridlines in your PDF, go to Page Layout and check 'Print' under Gridlines before converting.
