How to play Block Puzzle

Drag the block shapes onto the big grid, and fill a whole row or column to clear it and score points.

  1. 1

    Pick a block

    You get three block shapes at the bottom. On a phone you can tap a block to pick it up, or just drag it with your finger. On a computer, drag it with the mouse.

    Drop it on the grid

    Move the block onto the 10 by 10 board and let go where it fits. Blocks can go anywhere there is enough empty space. You do not have to use them in order.

  3. 3

    Fill a full line to clear it

    When a whole row or a whole column is full, it clears away and you score points. That makes room for more blocks.

  4. 4

    Clear more at once for a combo

    Clear two or more lines with a single block and you get bonus combo points. Setting up big clears is how you get a high score.

  5. 5

    Get three new blocks

    Once you place all three blocks, three fresh ones appear. Keep placing and clearing for as long as you can.

How you win

There is no finish line. Keep clearing lines to score as high as you can. The game ends when none of your three blocks can fit on the board.

Try to keep some empty space open so the bigger blocks always have somewhere to go.

Look at all three blocks before you place the first one, so you do not get stuck.
