Tips for Safer Page Removal
Use keep-only for tiny extracts
If a 40-page PDF only needs pages 2-5, switch to Keep only and type 2-5 instead of marking 36 pages for removal.
Keep the original
A cleaned PDF cannot recover removed pages. Keep the source file until you know the shared copy is right.
Trust thumbnails, then counts
Use thumbnails to identify page content, then confirm the Safety review counts before exporting.
